The red line in all my coaching is sustainability. I specialise in helping you build a lifestyle not reach some temporary goal. 

This is why I don’t work with meal- or training plans, but I focus on educating you in what matters. This way you will always know what you need to do in order to achieve your goals, even if they change over time.

Optimal performance: Crash course nutrition for the everyday athlete

This course is for you if you feel like you know what you’re doing when it comes to training, but not sure how to optimise your nutrition to match that. 

Whether you’re looking to lose a few pounds, gain some muscle or perform your best, this 4 week online course teaches you what matters in each scenario.

Have you just started working out, but feeling like you’re not really getting anywhere because you don’t know how to arrange your nutrition properly? Or maybe you’ve been training for a while but have no idea how to optimise your nutrition to perform even better? Then this course is for you!

We’ll cover for example:

  • how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you’d need? 

  • how to measure your intake accurately (enough)?

  • why healthy eating advice is often contradicting and confusing?

  • when would you benefit from having a supplement?

  • which other factors play a role (besides nutrition there are 4)?

The course will teach you practical tools to help you see the forest through the trees of confusing fitness advice.

Besides that you’ll also gain 24-hour email support to answer any questions you may have for as long as the course lasts.

New content will be made available every week for the first 4 weeks but you will have access for 8 weeks in total, so that gives you 4 weeks extra to finish everything. Fat Loss: Habits for Life

Habits for Life is an online coaching programme that runs for a minimum commitment of 3 months. 

It is specifically designed for you if you have at least 10-20 kg of weight to lose. It covers all 5 factors that I believe determine your health: nutrition, movement and exercise, rest, recovery and stress management, external factors and mindset. 


Having a healthy weight isn’t just a matter of knowing what and how much you should eat. Our eating behaviour is governed by many different factors of which many are emotional for example. Emotional problems aren’t solved with rational solutions. So besides teaching you what a healthy diet constitutes and how to move we spend a lot of time working on finding new ways of dealing with whatever triggers your unhealthy habits. I will help you redefine your normal behaviour so you can build a lifestyle that serves you. 

The online course consists of 8 online modules but you receive 12 weeks access to work through this in your own time. Every week you will have a one-hour coaching call with me to help you integrate what you’ve learned. It is possible to do this course in addition with personal training, but not required.

If you live in or around Eindhoven, I also offer personal training and small group training (up to 3 people). 

As long as COVID measures remain active, these will be outdoors or on location of your choosing. Otherwise, these will be given in a studio in south Eindhoven.
